( E&LS) QUARTZITE : Richard Raqueño
Quartzite – is a hard, non-foliated metamorphic rock which was originally pure quartz sandstone. Sandstone is converted into quartzite through heating and pressure usually related to tectonic compression within orogenic belts.
Every rock has their own qualities and the way there are formed just like a person. We compare Sir Richard Raqueno into a Quartzite, because of its quality “tightly-cemented” that describes his unconquerable personality. And the way it is formed, from the recrystallization of a sedimentary rock which pure quartz sandstone undergoes heating and pressure. The pressure and heating portrays the problems Sir Richard has faced during his way in achieving his goals. But no matter how seemingly solid, Quartzite has also its own cracks that when it is put into so much pressure it becomes larger. But because of this pressure he became a rock with many layers that’s make him stronger and evolves into a better rock. A Sandstone into an stunning and sightlyQuartzite.
